Perfect Space for Two

Angie was very communicative, and the property was accurately described. The location was very convenient, and street parking was readily available, even with construction. We will definitely keep this place in mind for our next trip to KC!

Lovely Condo - steps away from it all

The property is located close to the plaza, however there is not a good place to park near the property. There was construction which impacted the ability to park, but without construction you would still have to park a decent walk away. When we areuved, the place inside looked like the listing but it smelled like cigarettes. The owner informed us after we messaged her that someone smoked in it prior to our stay. It’s unfortunate that we were unable to be informed about this prior to our stay.

It was good.

The stay was good. Thank you for responding so quickly regarding the heat issue. The gentleman that came out was very kind and he even brought us another heater. There were a couple of issues. The hallways smell very strong of marijuana the entire time we were there. We even had to put a towel under the kitchen door to keep the smell out. Other issue was the unit above us. They came in after 2am and seem to have a party every night till around 4am. Last but not least the front door to the building slams all night. Your unit shakes and the bed is right there. I do want to stay that we felt safe and walking distance to shops and restaurants was very nice. Thank you again and have a happy holiday. Mirta.

Weekend in KC

We were in town for a short vacation in the KC area and were immediately drawn to the location of this spot. Check-in was seamless and Angie was a prompt and helpful communicator even before we made it into town. The apartment was clean and spacious and all of our weekend activities were within walking distance. Would recommend this spot to anyone who wants an affordable stay close to good food and fun (check out the Escape Game KC!).

perfect for a weekend

cute little place for one or two people & the property manager is great at communicating! Hard to find parking & access at first because of the current construction but a great location & not too loud even though it’s in a busy area.
