"I had a great stay; however, the decor leaves much to be desired. I have stayed at hostels with better decor. The room looked very tired and outdated. The tiles in the bathroom need new grout. The bedspread had a hole in it as if a previous guest had burnt it. "

"The hotel offers all night onsen bath, as well as complimentary ice popsicles and mini ice cream treats for you to enjoy after taking a bath (or not). Also provides complimentary soba noodles at 9:30 pm (last for maybe two hours) on 1/F. Excellent service overall and definitely will stay here again in the future."
"Hotel was very nice with high quality amenities.
The most impressive is the service. I am writing to praise the manager Sumita San. When I asked him for a booking change, he was extremely helpful. This made this hotel very memorable for us. "
"It is a very new hotel, new concept of hotel management, so we are old age learning new way of hotel staying ! :)
Remember this hotel is 10am checked out , I didn’t notice it … so we ere a bit late to checkout, but the lady in charge is very friendly and helpful, very polite too !
All in all, the hotel provides us a clean and safety environment! Happy stay ! Thank you !"
