Great Condo - Well Maintained Property

My family and I had a great stay in this condo. Listing is as described. Although Kapaa can look a bit run down, the complex itself is beautifully maintained. I couldn’t get over how quiet it was too. 20 years ago when we stayed in a condo just down the street, the roosters would wake me up. Not here though. You won’t be disappointed if you rent this.

Unit was exactly as described--very clean, lots of room, nice kitchen. Nice pools and jacuzzis for use, and beach towel service is appreciated. Water slides are small and short, probably fun mostly for the under-10 crowd. Note: although located on the beach, when we were there the ocean was not swim-able, due to waves and rocks underfoot. Had to drive to other beaches to swim and boogie board. Would have been nice to have known check-out time in advance (I emailed and no one ever got back to me) rather than being met by cleaning lady at 9:30am on last morning!

This property was a complete and overall wonderful experience. The view and amenity’s we spot on . Easy access to pool, beach, shopping and wonderful restaurants. Although the on-site restaurant is only open a few days a week, you will know why when you eat there. This place sets the bar for fresh one of a kind food and drinks. We had a great time,

Great Stay!

Rooms and location were great. We have stayed at this resort several times and been in many different buildings. This unit did lack some of the amenities that other units included. We expected to find items like beach chairs included in the deal. Cooking was difficult due to a shortage of pans and spices.

The unit is beautifull but only 1 grill by the pool worked and wifi was terrible loosing connection frequently. No beach frendly perks such as coolers or chairs, etc that we have found at another unit we stayed in years ago.

Fantastic room and view of the pool

This 2 bedroom worked out super well for a family of 4 and 2 grandparents. Enough privacy to not feel like you're on each other's toes, and a nice common kitchen / living room. The view of the pool was clutch because we could see the kids area of the pool easily

Huge, spacious condo with high end appliances, comfortable furnishings and an incredible view. Grounds are beautifully landscaped and close to shopping and restaurants. Pool is geared towards younger kids (only 4.5 ft at deepest) but was fun.

Great family rooms and pool. Perfect for families. Large kitchen and Safeway across the street for home cooking; or walk to restaurants close by. Bike/run path near by is added bonus. 2nd time staying on property. First time with VBRO. Just note that owner serves don’t not respond/reply to any concerns and issues. Communication with rental management was ok but in the end they pulled thru with a respond to an emergency work order request….battery safe died on Christmas with all our wallets and passports locked inside. Would stay at property again.

Spacious, luxurious condo with beautiful views! Loud pool noise all day…

Beautiful condo with amazing white water views of the ocean! The complex is beautifully landscaped with easy parking and elevators. The pool area is large, unique and made for kids to enjoy… which they do all day… and till the pool closes at 10pm. It is loud and you can’t hear the ocean until the pool closes as the family hot tub is right below this units balcony. It rained at the end of our vacation and our helicopter tour was canceled. When we got a last minute chance to reschedule the owners were unwilling to give us a 2 hr late check out so we could go. Pretty disappointed. We also ran out of hot water several times. Makes the large soaking tubs worthless. The bathroom sink drains slow. Need to shake the toilet handle to fill. And one of the stools for the dining room table was missing. We used a higher stool from the kitchen but it was awkward. Still had a great time in this unit but would probably try a different unit bc of the pool noise.

Very nice property. Great Location in Kapaa, nice View of pool and ocean. I would reccommend it. Just be aware, It is right above the hot tub that children are allowed in so it is a bit noisy at much of the time.
