This villa features impressive ocean views from the large lanai, as well as mountain and golf course views from the back lanai. For convenience, the elevators are steps away from the parking entrance door and open to your semi-private floor. A full kitchen and open floor plan look directly toward the ocean, not across to another villa.

This personally owned, beautifully decorated, fully outfitted, and comfortably furnished villa makes it truly a vacation home, not a hotel or timeshare. The villa has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The primary suite is furnished with a king bed, private lanai with golf course view, walk-in closet, dual sinks, and a separate tub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom is equipped with two extra-long twin beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request. Smart TVs are in each bedroom and living area (complimentary Wifi included). Beach towels, beach chairs, and miscellaneous beach toys are provided. Property amenities include lap pool, family lagoon style pools, oceanfront bar, hot tubs, koi pond, BBQs, and fitness center (just below villa) with showers/steam/sauna.
