“This was really a boarding house. I was given my one towel when checking in. There was no TP or soap of any kind. It looked as though there was one employee, and when she was done, good luck getting any help. And there were no female guests, just a bunch of young men. No mention of a wifi password, but since I only speak English and the host spoke a language that was not German, I suspect getting a password would have been futile. But, the spartan room was clean and in good condition.”

“On my way to Heilbronn I got an email saying my booking had been cancelled. When I got there the man told me they have issues with Expedia bookings and it was fully booked. However as I’d already paid I decided to wait around, and managed to get a room as someone didn’t turn up. Also someone in the next room was very loud all night but that was probably just a one-off. Overall the price was good and the service was alright once there, but I would highly recommend booking directly with them……
