カタビーチからすぐ近くにあり、とても便利でした。ビーチまでの無料シャトルバスが1時間に1本あります。 ビーチビューのお部屋にしたのですが、朝起きてすぐに綺麗な海を眺めることができてとてもリラックスした気持ちになれました。 朝食ビュッフェはタイフードはもちろん、パンや飲み物たくさんの種類あって毎日飽きることなく楽しめました。 お部屋の掃除も毎回綺麗にされていて安心して旅行を楽しむことができました。カタビーチ近くでホテルを探してる方におすすめします。

We went as a family with a 5 year old. Pros - friendly staff, clean, pool open long hours (7am-9pm) and loungers always available. Very good location once you're at the bottom of the short, steep hill. Suggested Improvements but didn't impact overall holiday- breakfast gets repetitive and not much choice for vegetarians unless you're ok with mixed vegetables. Good AC in the rooms but if you feel warm at night there's only thick duvets, no option of thin covers. Kids club is really relevant for maybe up to 3 year olds. The shuttle is every hour and takes less than 2 minutes to get to the beach area - it may be more useful if it goes towards Kata road and can pick people up from bottom of the hill more frequently. Maybe hotel could have themed dinner nights to vary the menu as there's only 1 restaurant on site with a la carter menu Things to note: - No decaf options on tea or coffee. - Some breakfast items you have to ask behind the cooking station e.g bacon and paratha. -The hill is steep and in the heat you'll want to jump in the pool at the end - Beach is lovely and sandy but watch out for the jellyfish - Exchange rates are better in Thailand. Carry enough funds for first day you arrive maybe. On the bottom of hill there's a exchange booth with excellent rates. -SUV Taxi from Phuket airport costs about 1000bt and takes 1.5hrs to get to hotel. -4x500ml water bottles provided free of charge in room everyday -Iron,Robes,slippers provided -use Mosquito repellent at night

The slope up to the resort is so steep that make heading to nearby attractions a hassle despite the indicated short distance. Facility was old and the room was not soundproof. Bad wifi reception from some room location. Was given a room that was not scenic and no decorations despite stating that it was for special occasion. Booking by another friend with no remarks received welcome decorations. The reception was sarcastic when we raised this issue.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. We were treated very well and enjoyed perfect customer service during out stay. Our room was very nicely cleaned each day. We stayed here with our children and my wife's parents. The restaurant was excellent and the pool facilities and fitness center were very clean and nice. Our children enjoyed the Little Ocean play room and the provided children's activities. Our only recommendation to the property is to improve the condition of some of the garden view rooms. One of our garden view rooms was quite musty smelling and damp, and even after our return home, our suitcases and cloths retained the musty smell. Over-all we had a wonderful experience and would stay at this property again.

Incredibly welcoming and kind staff. When our pick up shuttles were late then they would call the tour company to ensure that they were still coming. Great hotel and location.
Hotel is nice and tucked away up the hill from all the busyness below. Close to lots of shops, restaurants and night markets. Hotel is clean and staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel and we like everything about it.

Best family friendly hotel in Phuket
We had an excellent stay at the Novotel Kata Avista. The hotel is really excellent, whether it's the rooms, the spa, the pool, the children's playroom or the restaurant, everything is really good and perfectly adapted for children. The staff are very attentive, from the hotel manager, to reception, room cleaning, spa and restaurant staff, they are very pleasant, very smiley and helpful, and very good with children. We had a wonderful stay and will certainly be back with great pleasure. Before booking, we were afraid that the hotel would be a bit far from the beach or the restaurants, but everything is just a 5 minute walk away and everything is within easy reach. Thank you for an excellent stay and see you soon.

I wouldn't suggest this hotel. It's situated atop a slope, requiring constant uphill and downhill walks each day, which can be quite exhausting. The hotel shuttle only provides transportation to and from Kata Beach. Additionally, rooms facing the swimming pool are notably noisy; throughout the day and night, the sounds of children playing in the pool can be heard. Despite booking a room with a supposed sea view, the view is obstructed by tall trees, offering only glimpses of the sky and the swimming pool.

It would be great if there could be greater variety in the breakfast menu - didn't see many standard items such as bacon, burgers, nuggets, hash browns, soup noodles, sushi etc. Also, the bathroom door design could be improved to ensure water from the shower doesn't seep out onto the bathroom floor making the whole area wet. Swimming pool water also a bit murky, could do with better filtration.

Pretty good property, but the staff fail so bad. There is no food available at the property after 10:30 - no room service, no minibar, no vending machine, nothing. The staff (Manny) could have easily suggested delivery options but he didn’t bother to care. In fact, the staff didn’t seem to know anything much - no info on good restaurants nothing on tours nothing offered proactively. The breakfast buffet was another major disappointment- minimal spread and a very pissed-looking chef at the eggs station. At least hire someone that can fake a smile. Good things - Quite spacious family room. 2 pools with plenty of exciting things for kids. VR play room was interesting. Rates were reasonable (Last week September). May not repeat.

Super fint og lækkert hotel. God placering i forhold til Kata Bech. Hotellet yder shuttelbus til stranden. Morgenmadsbuffet super, noget for enhver smag, lige fra Thai retter til omelet. Dejligt hotel, absolut et sted jeg vil besøge igen.

Hôtel très au calme,mais ne peut pas être classé comme un cinq étoiles pour la Thailande Nourriture et petit déjeuner médiocre. Le personnel est sympa mais n a aucune connaissance en hôtellerie,les chambre sentent l humidité et sont très vieillissantes,les lits n ont pas de sommier. Et le personnel met une grosse pression si nous mettons des commentaires negatifs bref très dessus de cet hotel Je ne recommande pas

Helt underbart hotell! Rummet är väldigt modernt, rent och rymligt! Superfin utsikt över havet från balkongen. Hela hotellet ger en känsla av lyx! Utomhusområdet var jättefint med olika pooler och med poolbar. Frukosten har ett väldigt stort utbud med goda saker! Servicen och vänligheten på hotellet är så bra! Bra läge med 5 minuters promenad till restauranger och affärer, cirka 15 minuters promenad till en underbar strand. Rekommenderar hotellet starkt!

The hotel was amazing, the staff very helpful and efficient. Great pool . The beach wasn’t so nice at Kata beach unfortunately lots of litter and unclean sea water ( sewage smell )

Its a nice hotel with nice view, the family room was perfect, breakfast was very good, I don't recommend to eat any meal at hotel because it was not good at all. Restaurant was too hot( no aircon) The location was good but has a very steep slope، was very hart to walk with pram in hot and humid weather. Pool was very good. Overall its not a 5 stat hotel.

We were so exited when we arrived, pool area ok, reception communication not as great as expected, we had no water without warning for 2 hours, resort is located up hill, very difficult to walk to town, must get taxi which cost 200 Baht each way, food not good , their chef is no good, try other places for food, overall not as great as you see in other reviews, I will try other places next time

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The taxi guys out front were great as well. I had an air conditioning problem and they switched my room no problem. The place is clean and nice. I felt safe and secure in and around the hotel and Phuket in general. I am already planning my return.

Stayed for 6nights at this hotel. Everything is good. Accomodate our late check out as well. The hotel is great, family room is huge. The downside will be the hotel is situated on a slope and pillows are too soft. But they provide hourly free shuttle to Kata beach. Otherwise all are well.
