"Staff were amazing. A couple of times housekeeping missed our room but the front desk were always on hand to help in the best way they could - including moving us rooms when ours was really noisy (just unlucky being above a bar)
I would highly recommend Glow - for staff, service and a modern hotel, great location and with all you need (I wanted a gym, they had it :)

"We enjoyed our stay at the Proud Karon. Rooms were spacious and clean. In close proximity to the beach and other restaurants, shops etc. We enjoyed the free shuttle that was offered to Kata Beach. It is also available to Patong and Old Town. The staff were so helpful, in particular Mr Phu who recommend an excellent tour to Phi Phi island!"
