"We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel IKON Phuket. The room was clean, serviced daily, and had a beautiful view of the mountains and part of the sea. The staff were very friendly, and the free hourly shuttle to Karon Beach was very convenient. Breakfast was fresh and varied, with eggs cooked to order, hot dishes, fruits, and desserts. We especially loved the Thai steamed buns and the omelette. We also appreciated how hygienic everything was—the chefs wore gloves and the food was covered. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would happily come back again! 😊"

"The rooms are staggered across the incline down the hill… this gives amazing views but means there are lots of stairs… not for the faint hearted, although there are stopping points up with views and the beach is well worth the trip! The rooms are clean, could do with some updating, but they are clean and the balcony is amazing with the sounds of the sea. The staff were fabulous. Nothing was too much. The on site restaurant served good food and so did the restaurant/bar on the beach which is a bit Shirley Valentine like! You can walk across the beach to the main town, we caught Bolt/Grab taxis. There is however a fabulous lady on site who rents bikes… which is a must as the hotel is on the main road/hill. Overall a fabulous stay, but be warned about the stairs. "

"We stayed in a room closer to the lobby, which was very convenient for pool access and breakfast access. Also very close to the main road to walk around The pool was beautiful! The breakfast options were great. Expect to have the same things daily, with little change, but overall good food and pleasant atmosphere. Pool bar was nice, resort was very clean. I've seen people complain about construction- you can't even tell/notice! Was not a worry. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I've seen complaints from others and I'm really not sure what there is to complain about. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone traveling to Phuket. Very family friendly as well, about a 5 minite walk to the beach which is fairly crowded but I wouldn't expect anything else at a destination like this! "

"Big hotel, the best"

"Perfect location opposite beach. Close to shops, restaurants, 7/11 and market plaza for fab cheap food. Rooms large plenty of storage good shower. Tea/coffee, kettle in room. 4 free bottles of water daily, bath robes. Towels changed daily 2 beach/pool towels in room and beach bag to use. Staff very friendly. Great choice of breakfast, staff work very hard and kept all areas very clean. Pool area quiet, always sun beds free, pool water warm. Top floor room had fab view of sea. Would stay again "
