"The people one floor below us were laughing loudly and yelling….at midnight. The air conditioning was not working and the staff refused to turn it on. We couldn’t open the windows because the people below were so loud we couldn’t sleep! Restaurant was bad."

"The apartment is very spacious and well ventilated. All the balconies have ocean view. Parking is available on-site for free. Mr.Damir, the caretaker was very friendly. The toiletries were minimal and were not refilled. Kitchen is not equipped for just basic/minimal cooking. "

"Everything was perfect. Very accommodating for our later flights to make sure we were settled in and advised on good places to visit. The apartment was exactly as seen and very spacious and clean. We had everything we needed. It’s a short walk down the steps to the beach which is lovely for swimming and relaxing at the cafes available there. Shops a short walk to get the essentials (food shop and medicine/toiletries shop) The area is under going a bit construction but it didn’t disturb us as it was a little further away so was very peaceful. Would recommend and visit again!"

"Spacious and very clean apartment located just outside the busy center of Split. Conveniently close to the beach, with easy access to the highway for exploring other areas. Only a short drive into Split, and within short distance of the Klis Fortress, which is a great spot to enjoy the sunset."

"The villa is spacious and has all amenities you could want for a family vacation. Vera was a wonderful host. Some construction in the area was the only minor negative. "

"Great house & location. The space & layout worked really for a large, extended family group. Although generally minor, there were quite a few maintenance issues which the hosts should have been more on top of before we arrived. However, they were responsive & resolved or repaired issues fairly quickly. "
