トータル満足です

静かな場所に立地されていてよかったです。部屋にユニットバスではなく湯舟に付かれる広いお風呂が（戸建てくらいの広さ）あって快適でした トイレが共同なのと、駐車スペースが多くはないのは注意点かと思います（それでも有料駐車場が高い軽井沢で駐車場の追加料金がないのはありがたいです）。 また、壁が薄いのか廊下での話し声や物音が少し気になりました。

チェックインが遅ったのはこちらも悪いが、宿泊の説明等があまりなかったこと。 説明なくても部屋に何かしら宿泊の説明の紙等あれば良いと思いました。 対応したくないのかわからないが、 チェックアウト時もインターホンを鳴らしても出なかった。 チェックアウト時は鍵を置いてとか一言いうかわかるようにメモおきでもしてもらった方がわかりやすいと思いました。(この地域はそういう感じなのかなと思いました。)

玄関にスリッパ等がなく土足で部屋まで行くというものです。ですので自分がスリッパを持っていなければ土足でホテル内を歩くことになります。 お風呂は靴を脱ぐ場所がなく土足のまま脱衣する感じになります。下駄箱等を用意するかしないといけないと思いました。

アクセスが悪く行きも帰りもタクシーもつかまりづらく行動しづらかったです。 化粧水などはもちろん、バスタオルや寝巻きもなく不便でしたのでアメニティの充実があるといいなと思いました。 部屋はリノベーションされていたのか、清潔でベッドの硬さが好みでした(⁠^⁠^⁠)

お盆にお世話になりました。 卓球したりゲームしたりバーベキューを楽しんだり楽しませていただきました。 久しぶりのバーベキューで虫の多さにはびっくりしました。あと、バーベキューの網は安いものでいいのでキレイなものに交換していただけると気持ちよく使えたかなぁ〜っと思いました。

軽井沢で泊まるだけなら最安値だと思われます。 早朝風景撮影の為に宿泊したかっただけなのでそういう使い方には便利ですが軽井沢で避暑というリゾートには向いてません。名前にはリゾートと付いてますが昭和の時代の民宿の様な建物です。ただ室内やシーツは綺麗にしてありました。また、水まり全て共用ですがリニューアルしたらしいトイレはTOTOなので使用感は大丈夫でした。

風越公園から徒歩15分、また徒歩5分圏内にレストラン、お食事処もあり、車なしでも便利でした。 設備は古いですが、良心的な値段でバックパッカー向きかなと思います。
