"The cottage impressed us both from the moment we pulled in the driveway. I had booked in advance for our anniversary and my wife had no idea untill we showed up. Everything was clean and inviting and was such a perfect cozy place."

"The reviews I read certainly did not do this place justice. The grounds, views, Checkin experience and services were great. Yes there is a flight of stairs to carry everything up but I planned for that and did an few easy trips. I don’t expect NY hotel luggage service in a country setting. I was appreciative of the ice machine and microwave access that was so useful. Heated up those leftovers beautifully. Birches is the restaurant and they were gracious and considerate and reasonably priced and well stocked with local craft beers. So far, definitely pleased with the experience and outcomes. "
