「I feel a bit conflicted leaving this review, as the hotel itself was otherwise fine. Unfortunately, I accidentally left my wash bag in the room after checking out. I realised within an hour and called the front desk, who told me they would search the room. I was later told it wasn't there. I asked them to check again, but they again confirmed nothing had been found. The wash bag had significant sentimental value to me, so this was extremely disappointing. 「We were assigned an accessible room during our stay. While the bathroom was quite spacious, it was highly inconvenient as there was nowhere to hang clothes, and the sink was extremely narrow. Additionally, there were some issues with the lighting; the room was poorly lit, and the spherical lamp next to the bed kept flickering. On the positive side, the room offered a very open and lovely view, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. The breakfast selection was also extensive and of good quality.」
