“Absolutely loved our 5 night stay at Koa Kea! It is such a lovely, small resort. Right on the ocean, just a few short steps to beautiful beaches with sea turtles, monk seals, great snorkeling and surfing. The resort staff was very friendly and so helpful!”

“Room is clean, location is good, near many food options, easy access to many places. However, charged for the resort fee that covers breakfast, morning yoga, and parking, their breakfast is a joke, package pastries and cereal, all the unhealthy premade package food. But that is the only complaint, everything else is good.”

“1. This is a privately owned unit 2417 within the resort and as such, the resort hands you key bracelets and you are on your own from there. No services from staff for your unit. 2. Upon arrival, the door to 2417 has the closer set much to tightly so it requires brute force to open and a shoulder to prevent slammed closures. 3. Serious neglect regarding painting of walls, ceiling and trim. The bottom of the bathroom door trim is rusted out and the door glide is missing. 4. The shower curtain is……

“Nice property with 2 fun pools, 3 hot tubs, and a gym. No restaurant on property but shopping and restaurants only 5 minutes away. There are 3 food trucks on property but they had reduced hours and days as area was recovering after hurricane Lowell. There are BBQs available for use in pool area. Nicely equipped kitchen. Condo has nice layout with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Beds comfortable. Staff very accommodating. We had first floor unit and floors are thin so heard lots of walking in……

“Great property, great resort. The owner Michael was accessible at all times for questions, very kind and considerate to our needs and went above and beyond to help when we made any requests. His space is well stocked with necessities that helped make everything easy breezy. Would rate him above and beyond, in a 1-10 rating we would give him a 15!”

“Great Stay. Originally booked the room through Alex, not through the resort. Due to the recent hurricane damage, the original room and whole ground floor had to undergo repairs during the week of our stay. Alex made it right for us. The room owner set me up to have the resort assign us a room equal to the room I originally booked. Second floor room, with a great partial pool view and mostly ocean view. Was very pleased.”

“Condo was clean and bright and everything we wanted and needed! Bathroom had plenty of clean fresh towels and nice big hamper; kitchen was well stocked with appliances I needed for a few healthy meals for my family, and loved the convenient location next to Coconut Marketplace and tons of shopping not far away. Loved the little path to the beach just across the parking lot. Pool and hot tub were clean and good size for a family. Perfect!👍”
