“This is one of the best stays in Japan we have experienced. We are a family of 4, with 2 young children aged 2 and 4. From the moment we drove into the carpark, to the check in service, late night request for a diaper bin, until the very last moment we left, Sorano gave us a warm welcoming and relaxing feeling with excellent service. We are already saying next time wehn we visit Tokyo we will come back.”

“飯店位於住宅區的東京郊區，很寧靜，房間比一般東京飯店大，也清潔。距離最近的捷運站走路約7,8分鐘，飯店定時提供免費接駁車服務，唯一不便的是晚上附近無可逛街的地方，也無較好的餐廳，但飯店附近有間便利商店。若可以享受寧靜的住宿品質，這裡是可以考慮的超值選擇。”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Just right for the two of us. Everything was as we expected. Plenty of facilities nearby. Nice walks along the river, and it was very near our son and family. it was just unfortuate we had to leave early,due to the coronavirus crisis, as we managed to get an earlier flight home. Would definately stay there again when we visit our son”

“The building is old. The unit bath was very narrow and the toilet was old and dirty. There was no outlet in the bathroom so we couldn't use a hair dryer etc. The steps to the loft bed were too steep and when we sat down our heads almost hit the ceiling. The lights in the room were dim.The room we stayed in didn't have a dining table, just a small desk and a chair, so one of us had to sit on the bed to eat. There were some inconsistencies between the photos of the room and the description of the……
