"Room is tidy and small as expected. There is some drainage smell in the toilet and sounds of lifts in midnight but still manageable. Location is good with shuttle bus to airport which is very convenient for travellers after shopping. Walkable distance to Tokyo metropolitan govt bldg and appreciate the light show in 7:30pm. Convenient stores are at B1 (Lawson) and 1/f (Family Mart) which is great! Haven’t tried the roof top restaurant and will do it next time."
