“The room I stayed was clean and well-equipped. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Yet the room is space-limited, I think it’s fine for one person but may not be sufficient for two persons. Generally it’s a good accommodation for me. ”

“the room is nice and clean. kitchen is awesome, washing machines is awesome, iron is awesome, ac is awesome. i would book the room here if i visit Tokyo again! but the thing i want to said is: pls make the room on the 1st floor look more obvious so to let other guests know that there’s a room out there. 2) the slippers would stick on ur feet if u r not wearing ur socks/ when ur feet were wet.”

“This is a great option for solo or lightly-travelling couples. A single room with literally all the amenities you need is a rare find for the price this was at and in a fairly central location too. The owner is almost always available for communication and will help with practically everything they can. There might be just a few too many helpful messages, but I would accept that over a manager who never responds. The right area to be in a party district, but not too close that you have to fight……

“The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable for our stay. The host was very communicative ahead of our arrival (unfortunately the Expedia app made it impossible for me to respond) and he provided a guide with check-in/out instructions, and information on using the amenities. They were a great host! The location is an easy 10-15 min walk to a number of subway and train stations which made exploring a breeze. ”
