"The only issue was requesting towels. They don’t clean room anymore so you have to constantly call daily for shower towels. And for them to come get dirty ones. Not a huge deal but when you’re on the 6th floor prepare time for them to get up there."

"Staff at front desk was very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the view from balcony and the use of pool area. Our washer/dryer was not working so we called and maintenance was in and out a few days. They were all very nice and professional. It would be nice if bed in bedroom was at least a queen. Our toddler slept with us which was not enough room for my husband and I so we took turns sleeping on pull out in living room. It would of been a nice touch to have housekeeping call and see if we needed anything. 7 days is a long time to not have housekeeping. I just washed our towels and swept up daily. It was a nice touch they provided dish soap and laundry soap. A swiffer or mop would be nice. Thank you for our stay."
