"Very clean and fun ! Sea themed glass and art every where you look. Peaceful backyard and patio area. Husband and I spent many hours relaxing there. Neighbor across the street put up a fence that blocks the front porch view of the water. Easy access to the water a few houses down the road."
McKees Beach house located on one of the nicest beaches on Port Susan Bay.

"Five stars all the way! We had 5 adults and 2 kids, everyone raved about this location. Loved the view, the beach, we saw whales TWICE swimming just off shore, the kayaks were great, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Really great place and we'd love to return some day! Thank you for a great stay!!!"

"The best rental experience we have ever had! Drew is organized and very communicative. We received details about the property and check-in procedures in advance. The home was wonderful and perfect for our family of 5 and two in-laws. The view is spectacular and the kids never ran out of things to do. We even saw a whale on our first night! We hope to be back soon! Thanks again to Drew and his family for sharing their beautiful home!"

"I really wanted to give this 10/10 as the communication with Anne from Evolve was first rate and the kitchen was so well-stocked, much better than most VRBOs we've stayed at. My reason for knocking some points off is the advertised "Arcade/game room" simply doesn't exist. There is a small cubby under the stairs which had the UNO card game and some very sad looking crayons but that could in no way qualify as a game room. The outside deck and hot tub were our favorite features of the house and the beach is a 1 minute walk away. Be prepared for a typical Washington stony beach (no sandcastle building here) but that didn't stop the kids and braver adults from taking a swim in the bay. All-in-all good value for the price but I think we'll pay a little extra next time for all the bells-and-whistles."

"This home is a great property. We loved awaking up to the tranquility of Lake Martha. Being from the desert I was a bit chilly and was not able to get any heat to take the chill off the rooms but we just put on another layer! My grandson love the paddleboat and skipping rocks.We had everything we needed for the kitchen. There a few things we used from the pantry but we also left some of our food that we didn't want to travel with. Eduardo was quick to respond and always prompt in his responses to our questions.Thanks Eduardo for a great stay!"

"Property was in amazing condition, very clean and modern! Was not worn down and came equipped with everything you would need to make meals. Very quiet location with views of Lake Martha. We never heard neighbors or traffic. AC worked great. Also had a deer visit us several nights! Highly recommend."

"We really loved the house. Charming, comfortable, had most everything we could need. We loved the hottub and kayaks/paddle boards and had a blast exploring the beach. The only thing we found misleading is that the listing states there are three full bathrooms and that was not the case (we were a bit alarmed to discover only one inside shower for our entire group!) When we looked back at it later, we realized that the write-up does correctly state that there is one full bath, and two half baths, but the listing clearly says three full. We made it work, along with use of the outdoor shower, but it was inconvenient. Other than that, we loved everything about the home and would definitely recommend it to others!"
