“Great location. Easy walk into the heart of Ali'i Dr. shops and restaurants. Nice room, had everything we needed. Elevator wasn't working, didn't bother us as we were on a lower floor, but those above us didn't have it so easy. We were told the "parts were on order". Hot tub by pool also wasn't working, were going to call in someone to "look at it". Pool was perfect. Would definitely return. Beautiful scenery. ”

“It was lovely, clean, beautiful view of the water, very safe, free parking, a wonderful place to wine down and relax, great coffee and comfortable beds, and lots of fresh air, I would recommend coming here and unwinding from city life. They even have everything you need to go to the beach or surfing, we where greet and welcomed by the owner with smile and open arms, that made us feel right at home, thank you, I will be coming and recommend this place to all our friends and family. ”

“This home was perfect for my husband and I for our honeymoon. The views are gorgeous and every sunset is breathtaking! Great spot for fishing as well! “The house was absolutely amazing. All ten of us had plenty of space. The view was stunning. The only thing I can say that was misleading was the references to proximity to locations in Kailua- Kona in the listing. It turns out we much preferred it’s true location up the hill away from the bustle of town. It was so beautiful. I am glad it was not a short walk to Taco Bell as stated in the listing.”

“My family had a wonderful stay here. The view was amazing, the pool was huge and the space was perfect for our needs. The main space is not air conditioned and it did get pretty warm during the day but it didn't really didn't have a big impact on my family. The bedrooms have ac.
