「We had a lovely stay at Batatu! We stayed in one of the villas, which was beautiful. The staff were very helpful, arranging transport to Kuta, as well as a taxi from the airport and a taxi to Bangsal Harbour.」

「上次入住，清潔度完全不行，電話上面有鼻涕，廁所沒有打掃乾淨，噁心到極點，反應後，也沒有任何人處理 本來決定不會再入住，但是家人是Novotel 支持者，選擇再給一次機會 所以這次訂的是家庭兩房，一進入房間就是惡臭味，經理到達現場後，幫我們換了新房間。 換了之後，變成新房間有潮濕味，已經懶得反映了。 」

「We stayed at Tunak for 5 days 4 nights and we were immensely impressed with their service, amenities, cleanliness. The sea view was serene, picture perfect. Room & Pool was clean and well maintained. For city dwellers, maybe would need one to two nights to get used to the silent and peaceful night. We loved the sea turtle release activity! 「优点：整体来说还是不错的，虽然客房距离酒店大堂有点距离，但是可以使用房间内的手机通过WhatsApp联络酒店方，但是似乎没有给手机卡缴费，出了酒店这部手机就不能使用网络了。 缺点：酒店在山上，下到海滩需要走半个小时的山路，路有些颠簸和急转弯，会晕车。周围其实没啥好玩的，酒店也没提供半日游玩一日游玩的介绍。并且，酒店提供的食品和包车服务比外面会贵不少。」

「The hotel seems for a long time not fix and tidy it. Breakfast is ok. But the sofa is too queasiness that i even not want to sat there. Also, the location is too far away with kuta. I can not find out taxi or gojet. Only asking for hotel help. The hotel called a taxi, it is too expensive than blue bird or gojet. I do not have a choice to accept it. It is the place i would never recommend and visit again.」

「Das Zimmer war schön groß & sauber und wir hatten eine tolle Aussicht auf den Pool! Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett. Die Anlage war insgesamt sehr gepflegt und modern. Wir würden immer wieder kommen :) & das Gym war auch supi, es hatte ziemlich alles was man braucht.」

「We loved staying at the Konkret, the staff were so friendly and the food was great, while a limited menu we were happy with our daily breakfast. The location was good, just away from the hussle of the main street but an easy few min walk. The downstairs area was nice to relax in, no issues with bugs, my only comment would be we all struggled with the firm mattress. We would love to stay again and home to revisit!」

「Clean and nice hotel. About twenty minutes from Kuta beach. You have everything g you need for a quiet stay at the hotel. Beach pool volleyball and the rooms are clean and quiet ! It does take about 45 minutes to airport and the road is a little off the beaten path but you will love it once you’re there 」
