I had to moved three times due to the first room AC not working properly, the second room had a heavy cologne smell like the previous guest possibly wasted or busted a bottle somewhere on the carpet. “The staff at Sleep Inn were unprofessional and unkind. They told my 8-year-old daughter that the noise from the neighbors was merely them “doing their business,” as if loud lovemaking was acceptable. When we asked to be moved to a room without a connecting door—especially after the neighbor had smashed our wall—they discouraged us from calling the police. Instead, by saying we cannot guarantee not connection door, what's most, they relocated us to a room directly below that same noisy couple,……

“The outside of the building looked nice but the rooms were extremely poorly maintained. There were no blankets on the bed, the shower struggled to drain, one bed had a box spring and the other didn’t. We checked for bed bugs, there weren’t any, but the mattress was old and terribly stained. They did have a little mini mart set up that I thought was cool and the staff was very nice. Unfortunately the accommodations weren’t very accommodating.”

“The room was clean, but televisions and door keys did not work. The reason told to me was that there was a thunder storm the day before and knocked out all the electronics and internet system. I ask for a discount and was told that Expedia would have to do that, because I made my reservation through them and not the hotel.”
