「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. 「Room was spotless and check-in a breeze!」

「Because I went to bed late and had to take a 9 o'clock bus to the airport at 3 o'clock in the morning. The service staff called me twice but I was still very sleepy. However, they waited for me patiently. I think they are very responsible!」

「Convenient location. About 10 minutes from the airport. They have shuttles running to pick you up from the airport, and shuttles again in the morning to take you to the airport. Shuttles run about every 30 minutes, and you can easily schedule the morning shuttle. Room was clean and spacious. I would stay here again.」

「The air conditioner and heater worked well, didn't use the kitchen area, room was clean but the paint had been scratched off one of the walls. Other than that everything else was good. Beds were even comfortable. Staff was nice and friendly.」

「The staff is fabulous, the room was clean and it was quite. The breakfast has a good chice. Biscuits and gravy hard boiled eggs, cereal or waffles, also coffee or hot tea and orange juice or apple.」
