“It’s good for me”

“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. Very simple breakfast, some food are empty but didn't promptly filled. 4. Next to the Peña station,……

“The Hoyle location is really close to the airport and they have shuttle to the airport with many scheduled time that you can pick ”

“Because I went to bed late and had to take a 9 o'clock bus to the airport at 3 o'clock in the morning. The service staff called me twice but I was still very sleepy. However, they waited for me patiently. I think they are very responsible!”

“Everything was great except the bathroom sink had no hot water and leaked underneath. Told the front desk and when we returned from our day out, it was still leaking. ”
