"We enjoyed being connected to the Kellogg Arena for the event my daughters attended. The hotel manager was really great and even allowed staff to open up Starbucks for us earlier than they were set to open. "

"Ice Downtown hotel. Room clean and comfortable. Did not use pool this trip. 'Hottib down until furtjer ntice'- that was disappointimg ( was closed last visit also). Breakfast has goos options. Meat, eggs, bread, bagels and waffles."

"We noticed the part of the property we stayed in appeared to be an older section when we went to Culver's next door for dinner. So this older section has been updated and looked about as good as it could for it's age. The grounds on the courtyard side looked nice and it sounded like kids were enjoying themselves at the pool, as they should. The newer portion at the courtyard definitely looked nicer. Location is very easy to find and close to the expressway. We were in town for a funeral...

"I needed an inexpensive and pet-friendly place to crash for a night while visiting family for the holidays, and this fit the bill. The staff person at the desk was helpful. There was nothing terribly egregious about the facility, although I don’t know how long it will take my back will recover from how rock hard the mattress was…ouch. "

"Great value. Cleaner than some supposedly higher end budget hotels. I liked having control of the heating in the room, which stayed warm and cozy my entire stay. The room itself was a decent size and charmingly decorated. I would come back next time I’m in Battle Creek!"
