「When we went to check-in room was not even available. There was no one to even clean them at the time. And didn't know if someone was going to clean them up at all pretty much was told, I have to cancel your room knowing that I had booked weeks into it. Poor staff poor service left unhappy」

「We had a great stay at this property! The heated pool was perfect and communication with the Host was exceptional!! The floors are in poor shape and there are no closets; otherwise, the property is perfectly stocked with walkable access to The Kemah Boardwalk, Galveston Bay views and a plethora of wonderful restaurants!!! 」
