「Room never cleaned」

「Very good rooms. Great price. Plenty of parking.」

「Our stay was average overall. The room was not as clean as we expected, and the air conditioning was not working properly, which made our stay less comfortable. While the staff was courteous, the property could benefit from better maintenance and housekeeping standards. With some improvements, the guest experience could be much better.」

「We came in late and left early. The owner greeted us when we came in and walked us to our cabin. Everything was great Will be going back again next year.」

「We recently stayed at Bruce Peninsula Motel and were shocked at the level of cleanliness. The washroom was completely uncleaned — there was even a used tissue with a squashed mosquito stuck to the door, which was never removed. The overall hygiene standards were unacceptable, and it made the stay very uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.」
