“Great view and very comfortable. Spacious with an incredible view. The host was very responsive, which made check-in easy. I also loved that they had a full-size, high-quality washer and dryer. The shoes-off-at-the-entrance policy helped keep everything extra clean and made the space feel even more welcoming.”

“Nice clean well equipped unit. Great quiet location in town but right on the Kenai and surrounded by trees. Nice deck and grilling area. Karl is a great host. The fish packing , freezer unit a nice plus as is the laundry room just 2 units over. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and tackle shops. Nice paved walking, running or biking trail right out the door. Will book again for sure! Booked fishing charters with Al at Gotta Fish. They were great!”

“Stay: late-May, 2026 Terrific property-stunning scenery in every direction. I think the location there at Cooper Landing is perfect for people wanting to engage in a range of activities on Kenai Peninsula. We took day trips from our little "base-camp" there, and saw the hell out of that place. What a wonderful experience! The condo is visibly new, very clean, and well cared for. It is a little pricey for one couple (we paid for our son and daughter-in-law). The cost would be significantly more……

“These condos are outstanding, inside and out. They were clean and comfortable, and perfect for my family of 6 people, each couple having their own bedroom and bathroom. The views are stunning, right on the water, with the snow capped mountains across the bay. You park in a private drive right at your unit. I also want to mention the property management staff. We needed two nights but no units had two nights available. They found a way to make it work, moving our belongings between two units……

“Check in was great-we even got into the unit early which was very convenient. The unit was however super tight-apparently not even room for a night table on both sides of the bed. The kitchenette didnt have any dishes, glasses or cutlery, not a toaster, cooktop or even a hot plate. It did have a microwave, but again no dishes to warm anything up on. There was a nice view-however we were not aware this was a lower level unit, so the deck steps to the upper unit were right outside our bedroom……
