「We were in a small back room which overlooked a fire escape/staff entrance? A lot of noise until the early hours kept waking us up. Don’t accept room 6」

「Myself and my partner were really impressed by the beautiful decor at Lanelay Hall the hotel and our room was very spacious - the biggest room I’ve ever had whilst staying at a hotel. The happy birthday treats and petals were a really kind lovely touch too. The location was disappointing as we pulled up to the hotel gates in a housing estate (our expectation was a countryside hotel).
