"This is a self service hotel in every way. You will bus your own dishes, get your own towels, make your own bed, take out your own trash. If you need an iron you will go get it and bring it back to your room. Housekeeping is not included. We prefer amenities while on vacation. Other than that, room was fine. Great location. Nice pool and beach access. "

"The common areas of the property are nice, and clean. Our room was filthy and the bathroom was old and in poor shape. Shower curtain was torn, the shower would not drain. By the end of my shower the water was ankle deep. There was hair all over the floor and on shower walls. The shower had mildew and cracked areas. In general, the bathroom needs some repair and deep cleaning. The staff was friendly, but did not follow through with my request to fix the shower drain issue. Housekeeping came every day, but the same dirty areas remained. That indicates poor management of the employee performance. Perhaps a periodic management inspection. We walked over the same debris (torn cloth) laying in the floor aisle way from the elevator area. It became a joke because it laid there 5 days despite housekeeping walking over it all day. Bottom line, I will not stay there again until I read about a renovation. Food was good, staff friendly, lots of amenities, beach service was good, valet was good, location was great. Housekeeping and room condition was poor. It would be inexpensive to renovate the restroom to a decent condition. "

"Love contactless check in/check out. Newly revamped. Left us a water in the fridge. Area in up and coming area so close to a lot of cool stuff, easy to get around."

"AS THEY SEATED BEFORE THAT ONCE I SPOKE THE TRUTH IN A REVIEW ABOUT HOW THERE WERE COCKROACHES & I HAD TO BE MOVED TO 4 DIFFERENT ROOMS CAUSE THEN THE FOURTH ROOM WAS COMPLETELY DIRTY & NEVER CLEANED. THEN THE MANAGER AMANDA CALLED ME CONFRONTING ME ABOUT THE REVIEW OPPOSED TO TRYING TO ACCOMMODATE ME TO MAKE UP FOR IT & THEN AFTER I SAY GOOD MORNING TO EVERYONE, TIPPED EVERYONE ALWAYS WOULD CLEAN MY own ROOM, MYSELF I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANY1 THE GIRLS & ME IN THE MORNING & day WOULD TALK, BUT THERE WAS ONE GUY AT NIGHT THAT WORKED BY HIMSELF & HIS 20S BLK KID & HE HAS THE NASTIEST ATTITUDE, THE NASTIEST & I STILL TRIED TO KILL HIM W. KINDNESS, BUT THEN 1 NIGHT I WENT THROUGH WHATEVER I HAD SOMETHING ON MY OWN STUFF GOING ON OK & HE WAS VERY, VERY RUDE SO I ASKED HIM PLEASE DO NOT SPEAK TO ME LIKE THAT. I’M NOT BEING RUDE TO U. IT’S NOT HOW U SPEAK TO PROFESSIONALS THAT COME TO STAY AT YOUR PROPERTY AND THEN SUDDENLY THE NEXT DAY I WAS TOLD I CAN NO LONGER EXTEND BECAUSE “I GOT INTO IT WITH THE STAFF” WHICH IS A LIE I LITERALLY WOULD LAUGH & HAVE JOKES & EAT WITH THE BREAKFAST & THE FOOD GIRLS IN THE MORNING. THE MAINTENANCE GUY IS EVEN THOUGH ME & I TIPPED THEM & THEY HELPED ME WITH MY LICENSE PLATE & THEN THE CLEANING LADIES CAUSE I SAW HOW BUSY THEY WERE. I WOULD STILL TIP THEM & THEN JUST CLEAN MY OWN ROOM BUT AMANDA CHOSE TO MAKE UP A REASON TO GET ME OUT BCUZ I LEFT HONEST REVIEW OPPOSED TO JUST ACCOMMODATING OR OFFERING OR JUST SIMPLY BEING NICE FOR THE MISHAPS"

"I booked a package deal with Expedia which included a 2-night stay at the Quality Inn PBI Airport. I chose the hotel mainly based on location and being within walking distance of the event I was there to attend. I didn't have high expectations - just a place to sleep. I was pleasantly surprised - the hotel was far nicer than expected: - courteous and professional front desk staff who were eager to provide suggestions for local restaurants - clean and comfortable room - included hot breakfast with a variety of options, in a pleasant and airy dining area The hotel is right by the airport and very close to some nice parks, the convention center, downtown... all within about 2 miles walking. I made my way on foot to the Flagler Museum - a little over 3 miles - and enjoyed the variety of sites. Recommended!"

"Hotel is very old. AC didn't work properly, refrigerator wasn't cold and toilet wouldn't flush all the time. Elevators are super small as are the rooms Staff, beach, pool and gelato were great"
