6/10 Okay

"First room had non-functional ac in 90+ heat. Went to dinner while it was worked on. Was notified during dinner that it couldn't be repaired and to expect a new room upon return. Eventually got a room but had to wait 10 minutes in heat although they knew we were coming back. The staff member was mediocre at best in soothing the situation. I would have expected a manager to be aware and reach out. Didn't happen."

"My wife and I took our 4 grandchildren to the farm for a few days and loved hanging at the pool and going for a walk down to the waters edge to go canoeing. The roosters were a big hit too. Glen was very welcoming and the whole thing was low key. The farm house was amazing to stay in with its funky stair cases, and old world charm while still providing ac and a modern kitchen. We all had a wonderful time."

"One elevator didn’t work and the other elevator was unreliable. The restaurant is closed. The hallway and rooms feel more like a 1970’s Best Western - well worn and not without a musty odor. The HVAC in room 518 is either off or cooling the room to 65 degrees (nothing in the middle). It’s an older property and ,other than scraping it, I don’t know how you could correct all of the issues."
