“We stayed in this lovely newer open-concept home for 4 nights/5 days for a recent wedding. Communication was friendly and immediate. We used only one bedroom which has a private bathroom with tub/shower combo but there is a second bedroom with 2 bunks for 4 more people with a full bath. Plenty of seating at the kitchen island and dining room table. Everything we needed was supplied in the kitchen (pots/pans/cooking utensils) and everything was super clean! The living area was spacious and full……

“We had a wonderful stay at the Perch. It was the perfect way to break up our drive home after an Auburn football game. Everything was clean and cozy. The coffee they provided was such an added touch after a late night. We would definitely recommend!”

“Pluses:Our time with gathered family was priceless. The inside of the house was great- just like the pictures. Beds were super comfortable and towels plentiful. Also, we had our choice of tools in the kitchen for cooking. Blackstone grill top was a big plus, as well. Cons:Many rugs and the outdoor porch furnishings were quite stained. We laid towels down on the screened porch sofa to sit. We removed the leaves and sticks on the porches and unfortunately, the promised hammock and dining umbrella……

“This place was absolutely perfect. Plenty room for our tritoon and lots of parking space for the boat and trailer. Had everything we needed and the house was immaculate! Host was very responsive and awesome. Stayed in several places on the lake and this was by far the best. We will definitely be back next year. Finally found our perfect spot for our yearly Lake Martin vacation!”
