“Guest room is clean and large but not in good sound insulation. All staffs are polite and willing to help guests. Many choices of food are around the hotel.”

“Mi estadia en este hotel la puedo calificar de muy buena a excelente, la unica queja que puedo acotar es cuando ya llega el otono ya la unidad de aire acondicionado solo esta programado para calefaccion y en esos dias hizo mas temperatura de verano que otra cosa, y si abres las ventanas es muy ruidoso. Con respecto a la limpieza excelente, todo muy limpio y ordenado. El Staff siempre muy util y servicial para con los huespedes.”

“Upon check-in, I received an enticing offer to upgrade to the Presidential Suite at a 50% discount. Since it was our last night in Turkey, I decided to surprise my wife with this luxurious experience. The suite featured full amenities and included a complimentary bottle of wine, along with spacious living, dining, and relaxation areas. There was even a pool table on the upper floor! The steam room was fantastic, and the jacuzzi was equally delightful. However, the rain shower had a slight issue……

“Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and tidy. You couldn't hear the other rooms much allowed for peaceful relax. Staff held onto my bags in the lobby on my checkout day so I could still enjoy the last day. Had a small issues where the heat turned up to 26°c and couldn't adjust the thermostat but only happened on the last day so wasnt a problem really. All in all very happy with my stay”

There were 2 main issues: (1) water leaking out from the shower in our first night, resulting in quite a mess on the bathroom floor. We subsequently told the receptionist to have the technician to fix it on the second day. It was never fixed. Water continued to leak out on the second night. (2) Housekeeper did not……
