「This is a very nice hotel. The layout of the room is nice (two sinks, one outside the bathroom and a separate counter for coffee/tea). It also has good amenities such as a mini-fridge. However, one of my favorite things about this hotel is the bathroom. It has a towel warmer and a dual shower head (you can switch back and forth from rain to massage head). 「Hotel and staff were great. Was intimidated and cursed at and blocked in by some construction workers who felt we should have parked our trailer elsewhere. It was the front desk who told us to park there. We were told to go back to Canada by one construction worker which made us feel unsafe, so packed up at 9:00 and went to another hotel. 」

「There was a lot of banging and shutting doors into the late night and early morning. I know there renovations being done but there should be a cut off time and start time that doesn’t interrupt customers. 」

「W didn't eat breakfast. We don't like that tgey charged us for parking. We didn't see it when we booked 」

「I booked a room for 2 nights and right after I checked in the hotel lost partial power and we had no heat, no tv, no microwave, no WiFi and even though they have a kitchenette no dishes, no cookware or cutlery! I called twice to request at the very least a partial refund and I even spoke to a manager who said they would call me but they never did, I get that the power outage was not their fault but they definitely didn’t help me with a refund!」
