「All round Excellent」

「I enjoyed my stay at Nairobi Safari Club. The staff were friendly especially Abby. I had a breakfast issue bcoz I made my booking online but she handled that issue professionally. The only downside is that the hotel needs an upgrade. The Rooms and bathrooms can use a facelift and the towels are too old and worn. For that caliber of a hotel, newer towels is a small price to pay. I look forward to going back there in a near future. 」

「We love staying here when coming in and out Jomo Kenyatta. The free 24 hour shuttle is excellent. Reception is always stellar service. Only downside is the noise of trucks outside during the day. 」

「I stayed 2 nights at this hotel which is in the city centre. The rooms are not big but comfortable and clean with toiletries and coffee/tea. House keeping was efficient and my bath robe was promptly delivered. The buffet breakfast was excellent with an egg station and different selection of hot dishes offered everyday.」

「We are tourists for kenya safari, and of course no one will wear formal clothes like businessman. unfortunately hotel people have smile faces to everyone who wearing business suit but not interesting to even say hello to us who wearting jeans and tshirt. that's really not a good experinece in Nairobi. But, there something that I should mention hear that we used the hotel limousine for one day the driver is extreamly good and warm hearted.」
