「The hotel is located in a very nice place where has a brilliant view. Hotel service is good, spa service is cheap and really comfortable. By the way, the taxi services that hotel provided is very convenient for the tourist because in Batam, most of the taxi they do not have the meter and it is so hard to order a taxi when you are stay in vista hotel. In concluded, vista hotel is a very nice hotel, it has a budget price and nice living environment .」

「Location wise, nothing in Pollux mall except one children indoor playzone. Nothing else. Prepare to travel out. Room, 11th floor wifi not working. Couldnt connect at all. Water tap in the kitchen area seem to turn on itself. Aircon is working fine. Room, 15th floor wifi on and off. Aircon is noisy, seems that have nit been service for awhile. Overall, average for the price i paid. Believe hotel would be more worth it.」
