This is a classic property that could be amazing but is being managed without an eye to the important details. There were too many things broken to list and the common areas were a disaster. "Our experience was Terrible. They delayed our check-in and refused to give us the room on time. When we finally got in, the room was filthy, smelled awful, and was completely messy. Even worse, someone entered our room without our permission and went through our personal belongings. This is by far the worst hotel and the worst customer service we have ever experienced on a trip. "The location was on an alley. The room was tiny, barely big enough to hold a bed. It smelled horrible. Communication took a half hour between messages.
