“This cabin exceeded our expectations! It is exactly as shown in the pictures. Very clean inside and out. The wrap-around porch with wooden rocking chairs was lovely for morning and evening chill time. Highly recommend!”

“What a great place to stay. We traveled here to fish at Yatesville Lake. The cabin sits on a hillside overlooking a large field and wildlife feeder. The cabin didn’t disappoint as it has everything you could need for a getaway. Check in and out was simple and Larry is a great host. Best place we have ever stayed in on our fishing adventures.”

“The owners were super! Plenty of parking and COVERED parking for your UTV. They had our trail passes ready for us and anything else we needed.(ice,bottled water)Our dog Copper was very comfortable here and loved the dog visits from William and Jennifers dogs as well as the neighbors dogs. It was clean and comfortable. Perfect location for trail riding Bearwallow and Rockhouse. Washer & Dryer made my weekend..I like going home with my clothes already washed!”

“It was a great place to stay nice and clean cottage everything you needed , located in a private area. The owner of the cottage had checked on us occasionally to see if we needed anything and said if we didn't have what we needed just let him know he would make sure we had it. They were very nice people. We even got to meet his family. We enjoyed a few nice evenings sitting by a fire, listening to music and cooking out on a grill that was provided with the rental property also had an on-site……

“We had a great time. The house is beautiful and very spacious. Location is perfect because it’s close to everything. Neighbors were very nice! Host was super nice and very accommodating. We will definitely come back and stay again! Dirt Days was a lot of fun for us and my nephews. The vendors were very friendly. The town has a lot of cool history.”

“Parking will hold 4 trucks with trailers and this includes on street parking and the gravel parking area. We had to park a car on the trailer so we had room for the side by sides to park in the gravel area. There is no privacy other than bathrooms. The house otherwise was clean and held 10 guests. There are alot of run down or abandoned properties right around the area. There was alot of late night traffic.”

“Everything was just as listed very clean and super close to the Hatfield and McCoy Trails! The owner was very nice and helpful! Had a 2 firepits and a grill out back with plenty of wood. Would definitely recommend it and we would stay here again 100%”

“It was our second time back with our whole quad squad Framily crew and even all the kids loved it. The area is just beautiful and there's plenty of yard room to do fun activities and have the small kiddos ride around. Close to trails and can ride the quad pretty much anywhere. Brandon is always amazing with replying to messages and being quick about it. They're fantastic people to rent from and we will be continuing to go back bc we love it and them so much!!”

“We came to ride the trails. I liked that we did not have to trailer the machines to the trail head on 2 of the 3 trail systems that we went to. Myrna and family are very friendly. Always asked if we needed anything. They allowed us to arrive early and hang out in the plentiful parking area. This allowed us and our pet to stretch our legs while she was cleaning the place for us. Town’s people are friendly and very appreciative of our business.”

“I ended up needing to get a room due to a snow storm and stayed for the night. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is located near several local restaurants which gave several options for dinner. Due to the snow, some locals were out doing donuts in the nearby parking lots, but that seemed like some abnormal noise. The room was clean, a bulb or two were burned out, and the bed sagged, but was comfortable. The room was quiet, and I couldn't hear any neighboring rooms making much……
