Great Ketchum Location

The location was great. 6 blocks to downtown Ketchum and right next to the Wood River bike trail. The beds were very comfortable and the main floor was spacious with a large kitchen and eating area. We will look forward to a future stay.

Great Ski House

This house was great for two teens and two adult couples. We loved being able to walk to River Run to ski and to town for dinner. The listing and all confirmation emails say there is garage parking. The garage is actually not available for parking, but was usefully set up for pre/post skiing and storage of ski gear. When I reached out to Vacasa about this and other questions, the response time was quite long and didn’t usually address the question. Overall I would recommend the house, but I would never would rent from Vacasa again.

Good living room and kitchen. This is a three (3) story condo with a bathroom ONLY on the third (3rd) floor. Difficult for persons with climbing problems. TV is very difficult to manage and no local news.

River run condo

The condo was comfortable and in a great location. We discovered that you can walk to lift - about 8 minute walk. The heating system in the condo was not so good, rooms didn’t stay heated if the door was closed, fortunately there were warm Blankets and the beds were comfortable. All in all a very fun stay.

Poorly maintained

Property was not acceptably clean. Carpet was especially dirty. Oven did not work, Stove top burners would only light with a fireplace starter. Did not adequately disclose that it was a three story condo, with No bathroom on the first two floors. Sliding window in master bdrm is broken. Very nice area, close to all activities.

Had a fantastic stay!! Location was perfect! Walking distance to town and River Run.

Fantastic property! Great location!! Very clean and nice amenities. Here for a 50th birthday celebration and everyone had a fabulous time and very relaxed stay.
