“Great stay like always!clean comfy beds and great amenities!close to the beach is a plus!Only thing sucked was the seaweed on the beach but that is Mother Nature!I know the property keeps up with raking the shore I believe every morning if I rember correctly!This stay was only a few hours but gear all around hotel”

“We’ve been staying here for over 20 years and it’s my favorite place to be in the Florida Keys. We always feel at home the owner of the place she’s amazing always looking to give a helping hand. He tries to accommodate you as fast as possible. It has a boat slip in the back. The kayak use is free. You’re literally minutes from the 7 mile bridge. The pool is always warm on my behalf and my family. It is always a pleasure staying here. Thank you Kingsail for everything you do.”

“The room was dirty , the initial front desk secretary had no idea what she was doing , said she was new and overcharged me. Told me to fix it in the morning when someone was at work that knew the correct prices. The “bartender” was on a personal call on speakerphone instead of serving guests. When you walked up to the bar she said “we’re out of everything except soda “ before you said anything to her. The manager on site was helpful the next morning when I got the charges sorted but the damage……
