This place is a glorified 2-star motel with a predatory pricing model.We paid $300 per night only to be given a room with a depressing view of the parking lot—which, by the way, they charged us an additional $19 per day just to use.The "included breakfast" was an insult. There were no eggs, no bagels, and shockingly, no coffee. Instead, they served frozen sandwiches that looked like they were bought in bulk from a dollar store.Save your money and stay...

「It was such a lovely place. Great pools, fun tiki bar during the day and great rooftop happy hour in the evening. The restaurant on site is delicious. There’s a market on site that had so many great wines, snacks, deli & breakfast too. 」

「When we checked in after a 7 hour drive our room smelled horrible. Our fridge and freezer smelled of fish. The room was dirty. Hairs on the floor. Property isn't maintained. The wifi was down our whole stay. Which is funny because they tell us to notify them of anything 24 hours before our check-in. But nobody contacted me to notify me that their Wi-Fi has been down. My daughter was traveling with me currently is taking college classes and needs wi-fi to do such. I did complain to the front...

「Really a fun experience floating on the marina in our private houseboat. We were pleasantly surprised at how much storage room there was for our stuff, and the kitchen was pretty well stocked for making breakfast or lunch. Daily visits from manatees and some other sea creatures (small sharks?) were very welcomed. Location was central to all the various keys and attractions, including a beautiful beach just down the road.」
