Room is nice and enough for 2, the property looks well maintained and clean BUT, after I paid with no money return, I got the rules. You have to clean almost everything, dishes, kitchen, trash, etc before to go or they charge a fee, you have to collect all the trash and put in a bag and leave in the outside dumpster, or charge a fee. The maintenance lady came to my room around 8:30 AM and knocked the door as the police looking for something, the checkout is early, at 10 AM but nobody can come before that time ( my wife was sleeping) and of course she didn't like that. When I go,, and many of us, to vacation, we don't want to do the same as in my house, you want to relax and be attending, I do not like this system and I won't be back if they do not change this rules

Very clean unit, spotless in fact. Very close to the pool and ocean. Fantastic location. Quiet, intimate setting. Steps to sunset park. Could not be happier with our stay.

Mold and mildew

This room would be great if it didn't have black mold. It had a constant musty smell and visible evidence of mold and mildew. Also the AC was extremely noisy. The room was damp and towels and bathing suits didn't dry overnight.
