Latitude adjustment

The house was beautiful and the patio was awesome. Our daughter and her husband and family came over every night and we all had dinner together and hung out on the patio. They were renting a different house in the area. Everything was up-to-date and beautiful and we enjoyed it very much, I saw one roach the night before we left and that freaked me out, but I guess that’s to be expected in Florida. We’re from Ohio, so we don’t see those up here. My son-in-law and granddaughter took the kayak down the channel and back it did take on a little water, but they still had fun , the neighbors were very nice to. We actually got to see a manatee that was hanging out around the end of their boat. The kids were very excited about it.

Wonderful Florida Keys vacation home!

We had a great time and keep calling me at our rental home. The property managers were fantastic, and the home was exactly what we were looking for. There were a few maintenance issues that should be tended to, however it was nothing that put a Damper on our trip. We would definitely rent this property again.

ISLAND LIFE IS THE LIFE

We had an amazing week at Latitude Adjustment!! My crew loved the convenience of having our boat parked right outside the back door while I enjoyed the beach club. The house is comfortable with the perfect outdoor space fit with a small bar and fish cleaning station.

Great place for a couples vacation

Overexceeded expectations although really needed a king size bed in one room. The touches and thoughtfulness of things were really great.. and we would have packed less! We recommend this location for a great vacation!

Cozy and Well-Equipped, Easy Access Dock, Quick Ride to Vaca Cut

If you're looking for a "base of operations" for a fishing/lobster trip, this spot is pretty ideal. There's plenty of room to park a large boat trailer plus two other vehicles. The step-down dock is particularly nice for ease of ingress/egress at the boat, and there are some boating/fishing amenities outside (fish clean station, washdown hose, bait freezer, etc.). There's also a grill, an outdoor bar and some exterior seating. We couldn't have asked for anything better regarding the outside boating/fishing setup. On the inside, the house was a little tight, but the space is well-utilized and includes all the necessities (washer/dryer, separate A/C for each room, TVs/Cable, updated baths w/showers, a huge kitchen island, decent seating, etc.). It's a thoughtful setup; we pretty much found anything we needed. The owner's even left us a little welcome kit on the counter. We had a couple little minor gripes (the ice/water dispenser in the fridge was busted, and we found a few creepy-crawlies in one shower ... but hey, it's Florida). Overall, it was a great place to stay. We would gladly stay here again.

Beautiful home, quiet community

The home was very nicely decorated, very clean, and they provided a great welcome basket. The Cabana Club was a nice place to enjoy the pool, small beach and some food/drinks. At the home there was a two person kayak, a one person kayak, and two paddle boards to use. The backyard area had a nice deck and a fish cleaning station, plus a freezer to store bait/fish. Overall we had a wonderful time, and having a great place to stay made it perfect!!
