The boating access to the Ocean is quick and you can dock at Sparkeys for a bite to eat, or have them cook your catch.

This property is close to Sombrero Beach to take a dip in the Ocean, Close to grocery stores, about 2 miles away. There are 4 Restaurants that you can walk to from this location. Drive to Key West, in 1 hour, or Islamorada in 40 minutes. We are located in the middle of the Fla keys with an easy commute to just about anywhere.

This adorable 2 bedroom 2 bath home is ground level. Modern kitchen and open concept living areas. Open water views from these living areas. The first bedroom has 1 Queen and 1 twin bed and utizes the hall way bath. The master suite has a King bed and a private ensuite bath. Washer and Dryer is in the master bedroom bedroom closet.

A great walking, biking, and kayaking location. Rent some bikes or kayaks or bring them yourself.

Cabana Club included. A Private Beach Club with a Sandy beach and private pool, jacuzzi and bar.

Trailers must be stored at the Key Colony Beach Trailer storage area. There is a daily fee. Call the City of key Colony Beach for further information.

You must be 25 or older to rent. (25 year old must be present during entire stay)
