Please note: There is 30' of private dockage for small boats. The boat lift is dropped to the bottom of the canal and you would dock above it.

Guests are also welcome to visit the Cabana Club for its swimming pool, whirlpool, private beach, and Tiki Bar. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast bar for entertaining your guests while preparing delicious meals. There is plenty of space for dining, lounging, and watching TV in the spacious living area with seating for the family.

Key Colony Beach is centrally located right in the heart of the Florida Keys. It's the ideal destination for boating, fishing, paddle boarding, snorkeling, swimming, relaxing on the beach, and more. Key West is a scenic 53-mile drive south, or explore nearby Marathon's shops restaurants, and attractions. Guests will be less than 10 minutes from the open ocean and gulf. Plenty of walking and biking paths to the city where you'll find the marina, golf, tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, playgrounds, and more! The Key Colony Beach Golf is just moments away from your rental. The Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters is two miles northwest and it offers incredible tours the family can enjoy while learning about the aquatic life of the Florida Keys. Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property during your stay. Also, although this home is considered “Pet Friendly” you are required to select this option when booking your reservation if you choose to have a pet occupying the home. You will be required to pay a one-time $150 pet fee that is non-refundable. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in a forfeiture of your security deposit.

30 feet of private dockage, the owner asks for small boats only.  The boat lift is non-functional for guests.  The lift is dropped to the bottom of the canal, you would dock above it.  We have had no issues with docking boats this way;
