Welcome to Sea La Vie — Unit 806! Your Key Largo escape inside the private, gated Mariner’s Club Resort.
Designed for real living — this two-story, 4-bedroom, 3-bath townhouse feels relaxed and welcoming, never overly formal. Beautifully maintained and thoughtfully stocked, it’s the kind of place where you can settle in and enjoy Key Largo life at your own pace — from a day at the pool to a dive trip offshore.
Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, including children over the age of 1. (1 child under 12 months at time of arrival may be added to a reservation of 10.)
{} With a total of 8 beds across four bedrooms, Unit 806 is one of the few homes that can accommodate larger groups so comfortably. The layout offers plenty of privacy and flexibility:
Master Suite – 1 King bed (w/ en suite master bathroom)
Bedroom 2 – 2 Queen beds
Bedroom 3 – 1 Queen bed + 1 Twin bunk bed
Bedroom 4 (Den) – 1 Queen bed + 1 Twin trundle
{} Additional home and resort info...I know this part is a bit long — but bear with me! I’ve listed everything I could think of so you’ll have all the details at your fingertips:
Fully equipped kitchen + additional kitchenette
Comfortable living and dining areas
Balcony and patio space for morning coffee or evening cocktails
Everyday essentials provided: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, detergent, dish pods, garbage bags, and more — so you can pack light and feel at home
Two sets of full-size washer and dryers
For little ones: We provide one complimentary pack-and-play and one highchair per reservation. If you need any additional baby gear, you have the option to rent items through a third-party service that delivers and picks up right at the home. I’m happy to share the info upon request.

Sea La Vie isn’t run by a management company — it’s personally cared for by me (Veronica!). Each stay is prepared with attention and warmth so you can simply arrive, settle in, and start making memories.
{} Resort amenities that come with your rental — the best of both worlds! You’ll have all the comforts of home plus access to this amazing resort-style community:
Two pools – lagoon-style by the ocean and marina-view
Jacuzzis
Tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts
Indoor pickleball court (reservation required; HOA hourly fee applies)
BBQ areas located throughout the community
Fitness center
Newly remodeled recreation room with a “speakeasy” theme featuring pool, ping pong and domino tables, TV and bar seating for the adults
Full-service marina for vessels up to 60 feet (reservations made directly with marina)
{} Parking and Policies:
Limit 2 vehicles per reservation
A 3rd vehicle is only permitted with a valid handicap placard or license plate and pre-registration
No outside visitors permitted; only registered guests may access the community and home
Security cameras on-site, including a Ring doorbell
Government-issued ID required for guest verification
No smoking / No pets (due to allergies)
Fully licensed with the State of Florida DBPR
Short-term rental agreement must be completed and returned before arrival (names and ages of all guests required for security access)
Reservation must reflect the actual number of guests in your party. Maximum occupancy is 10, including children over age 1.

Your resort fee is already included in your booking total — no separate payments or arrival-day errands!
{} Marina
Boating guests can take advantage of the 43-slip full-service marina, accommodating vessels up to 60 ft (available at an additional per-foot, per-night rate). Slip reservations must be arranged directly with the Mariner’s Club Marina — contact details provided upon request, or you can easily find them by looking up 'Mariners Club HOA' - choosing the Marina Slip Reservations prompt and making an inquiry via DOCKWA.
