Friends getaway

Perfect place for our group. Close enough to Duval and attractions, yet private. Pool and outdoor living rea is outstanding. Peaceful, tropical, relaxing. Even had an iguana greet us from time to time. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Home in an Ideal Location

My husband and I brought our 16 year old granddaughter to Key West for her first visit. The home was beautiful and immaculate. It was the perfect place to come home to after a busy day exploring all Key West has to offer. Communication with the owners was seamless. I could not recommend this rental more!

Island oasis needs a few tweaks

Overall the property was lovely and as advertised. A few tweaks would greatly enhance the experience. Second bedroom needs more light and both bedrooms could use more pillows. The back patio cabinet doors should be secured with latches because when it’s breezy at night they continuously slam open and shut. Quite noisy! Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Great stay in Key West

Wonderful town house for 5 adults in a great location … near everything but far enough to escape all the hustle and bustle of Duval street. Brian provided great customer service and promptly took care of the lack of hot water one morning which turned out to be a faulty water heater. He had it replaced in no time with no inconvenience to us. We would definitely book this rental again in the future.

Nice House with a Private Pool!

My wife and I really liked this house. Full privacy in backyard with a pool. Nice kitchen. Master Bedroom was nice. We would stay here again. A little on the pricey side.

Amazing little house

Cute little house close to everything! We enjoyed walking everywhere because of the location of the property. The pool was a hit with my teenage daughter and her friend! We would definitely book again!

Great location

property was as described. Zero issues, great pool, private backyard, downstairs living area opens up with sliding doors to the pool area creating a great indoor/outdoor experience. Cuban stand around the corner for morning coffee. A couple of blocks from the southern waterfront, lighthouse, Hemmingway house and .8 miles walking to the Marina and other waterfront. Easy as summer morning. Would 100% rebook.

New, softer ones would be nice. The safe in the closet didn't work. In the master bedroom, the AC vents or something in the ducts rattled and we didn't sleep well. In the downstairs half bathroom, the cold water didn't work and the toilet handle is not working. Since you asked, for what we paid I think the place could use a "freshening up".

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Close to everything. It was nice to walk to the end of the street to get Cuban coffee every morning. Walk a few more blocks you're on Duval and a bit further to the Southernmost Point. A few things could be upgraded in the home itself. Primary bedroom bed was very worn and squeaked every time you move. The guest bedroom beds are on wheels and roll across the floor. I read a review from a long time ago with the same issue. Thought it would have been addressed but was not. The shower heads in both bathrooms could be better. Both are the rain style which are hard to rinse soap off with low water pressure. Kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and dishes etc. The cooking utensils were poor quality. Plastic breaking off in food as we were cooking. We used washer and dryer mid-week. Took us 2 hours to dry 6 towels. It was very old. Needs to be changed out. Otherwise, the house was clean and in a great location.
