Adequate

This is a corporate owned property and is in desperate need of some very basic TLC. We had to move a side table with the only light in the room to accommodate the roll away bed since we did not have a trundle with daybed. We were told there was bag storage available until check-in time, we would be provided with the lock code two days prior. The storage was a public area in the mansion across the street. There was no secure storage. There was no complimentary coffee or water, as we have had in every other VRBO in which we have stayed; however, we were given a 10% off coupon for the restaurant in the mansion across the street. We were very close to Duvall Street, but did not have any issues with noise.

60th Birthday trip

This was the perfect location just a block from Duvall Street and all the activities we wanted to experience! Clean, roomy and perfect for my daughter, daughter in law and myself. Super easy in and out and they even provided us with lots of recommended places to eat and things to do. Highly recommend for 2 or 3 people! :)
