Great Property, Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was clean and well supplied with essentials. The property is well maintained and safe. We were able to use the included bicycles to get to most locations we wanted to go in old town. Southernmost point was a leisurely 15 min bike ride away. The property owner communicated well with us and answered all of our questions. The only thing we were not prepared for was the traffic noise. The unit does face a busy street, so you can hear vehicles as they come around the corner and accelerate. Maybe not an issue for people used to that, but for us, it was noticeable. Overall, I'd recommend this property.

Charming and Well-Located Escape

This property and host exceeded all of our expectations. It was spacious, comfortable, and welcoming with its amazing kitchen, breezy rooms, and friendly neighbors. The hosts were a pleasure to work with and easy to reach whenever we wished to communicate with them. 10/10 would return to this property. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful condo and pool

We just loved our stay at attitude. The condo is beautifully decorated and well thought out. It’s great to have secured parking underground. Very secure building. Pool overlooking the ocean was amazing. Definitely would stay here again!

Great choice!

Our family of four was visiting the Florida National Parks and wanted to stay in Key West for a few nights. This condo was fabulous! So clean, comfy, and everything was very well appointed. The kitchen was one of the nicest and well stocked kitchens of all the many places we’ve stayed over the years. Sherri was very responsive the few times we needed her. The location was nice and quiet but just minutes from all the action. Our teens loved having the bikes to ride around and the beach by the pool we found to be nicer than the pictures. We loved our stay and hope to come back!

Quick getaway

This was perfect for our first time in Key West! Great amenities and location was close enough to everything by short car or bike ride. Having the bikes and hot tub really sold it for us! The host Sherri was easy to get a hold of when needed. Would definitely stay again.

Our Four Day Getaway

Loved it! Great location, condo amenities and pool were incredible and has a section of sandy beach to relax in lounge chairs. Comfy bed and a kitchen that has everything you could possibly need. We parked the car in the reserved deck parking and rode the bikes all over town most of movie stay. For us, the bikes really made the trip. Key West was very accessible by bike. Next time, we'll bring tennis rackets to make use of the onsite courts. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone bound for Key West. One note, the property is a residence and more suited to adults which in actuality makes for a better overall experience for couples getaways. The property is well kept and the condo was immaculate. Thanks Sherri for opening your home to us, we had a great time!

Just Amazing

Our stay was nothing short of perfect. We stayed here for our honeymoon and would not hesitate to come back if we had the chance. Sherri sets the bar high as far as communication goes and the check in instructions were exact and thorough. The pool was gorgeous and everything in the condo felt luxurious and high end. Nothing was lacking in the area of necessities. This is a great place for people who stay in key west but want a little more peace and quiet, however all the action is a short car or bike ride away. The parking space and bikes were an added bonus. I encourage those coming to key west to consider this space.

We loved this place!

Condo was well furnished with anything we needed, even if we didn't know when we booked what we would need. From pool floaties to beach bags to cooler, and of course, bikes. Washer and dryer, beach towels, and any kitchen tool, whatever we needed. Very nicely decorated and comfortable. I would highly recommend this unit.

Week in Paradise

Sherri was extremely responsive if we had questions leading up to our trip. Check-in was easy and we walked into a welcoming and very clean condo. The decor was beachy and enjoyable. The beds are comfortable. Everything in the house was labeled, making finding the lights easy. We had packed a couple things that we ended up not needing because they were already in the condo (extra beach towels, fish and laundry detergent). Check-out was easy and we miss the condo already! We will definitely look to stay at this or another one of their locations! Thank you for a great week!

Great spot near Smather's Beach!

The building itself is very dated, but the condo is beautifully updated and very clean. Having a dedicated parking spot was fabulous. The condo has all the supplies you would need from kitchen to time at the beach. Communication with the owner was always quick and thorough. It's on the quiet side of the island as far as crowds go, but the road noise is prevalent. Overall, this is a beautiful space that we would for sure recommend!

All that and MORE

The condo is lovely; the décor impeccable for a beach retreat. It has all of the quality amenities you could want and need. We did not rent a car, however, with the close proximity to the airport, Uber was never more than a minute away. It is removed from the hubbub of the "downtown" life which offers a much more serene stay. I would definitely choose this location again.

Great Place

This place was even better than the pictures. The unit was spotless and very roomy. Great views from the pool and the hostess was amazing. This unit is further away from the hustle/bustle of Duvall but really is a gorgeous unit.

Yes we are a little removed from the hustle and bustle of old town but the island is only 1 1/2 miles wide and 4 1/2 miles long so you really are never far from anything in Key West and we are located about mid island on the Atlantic. Amazing Condo

I can’t say enough amazing things about the property. The owners provide everything you possibly could need. Extremely clean and decor is awesome!! Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Both beds are comfortable. I loved the location, so easy to get around by bike or car. The pool is beautiful! Sherri was so informative and gave us step by step instructions, which we truly appreciated. Stay here you won’t regret it! We hope to go back soon!

Great stay, clean and updated

Stayed at this condo for 3 nights with my family of 4 (kids 6 and 9). Condo was clean and loved the updated kitchen and bath. Beds were comfortable and couch was large enough for my 6 year old to sleep there. Pool was large but beach wasn’t really usable for kids except for the soft sand area (water too far to make a sandcastle). Only thing to be aware of is that there are several more senior residents who use the pool and there are strict rules of no music, horseplay, inflatables (noodles allowed), and no frisbees. If you have “active” kids then this isn’t t he pool for you but we were happy with the calm atmosphere and since it is so large we could find our own space. The location is about 15-20 min to old town which worked fine for us as we didn’t mind getting out of the hustle and bustle.

Wonderful vacation stay!

Condo was beautiful - pictures were very accurate but didn’t do it justice! Very clean and had a lot of extras provided for your use — which is great so you don’t have to bring anything!! Sherri was a fantastic host — made last minute accommodations for us, was very communicative since the day we booked, check in was smooth, and left detailed instructions - which eliminates the need to reach out during our stay. Location was quiet and away from the downtown guests. Amenities on the grounds were beautifully maintained - we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and workout room. And everyone we encountered were so pleasant and helpful! Would definitely go back here again! Thanks for making our anniversary getaway fantastic!!

First time in Key West

We loved our stay! It was our first visit to Key West. The condo was beautiful, clean and stocked with everything we needed. The condo location was great and everything we wanted to do was just a short drive away. We spent many hours at the pool and found everyone we met to be very friendly. The pool and hot tub does close at sunset. The condo owners provided us with great information about the area and made check in so easy. All my questions were quickly answered. We have a GREAT visit and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location to mix quiet and fun in Key West

We stayed three nights, and wish we had had more time. The Condo was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It offered all the amenities one would want for a longer stay, and everything was in excellent condition. Sherri was extremely pleasant to work with and we will definitely be coming back.

Nice stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Attitudes. The place was very clean and very well equipped and comfortable! We enjoyed the porch each evening and liked having bikes to ride into town. Would recommend this place if you are staying in Key West!

Perfect place for our anniversary

We had a wonderful time at the condo. The interior decorated very nice and has every amenity you will need. The pool and beach area is also very nice and peaceful. It is located between Higgs & Smathers beaches if you need to go to a public beach. Also, our host was excellent having contacted us prior to our stay and giving very complete lists of things to do and letting us know her availability should we need anything (which we didn't since she appears to have a thought of everything). We had a great stay for our anniversary and we are glad we chose to stay here

Beyond expectation!!

Condo was truly exceptional! High end everything, pool area was WOW and host was friendly (even when I called with a silly question). We have already booked another stay and can't wait!! (Labels on the light switches saying what they did were very handy and thoughtful!)

College grandsons adventures in Key West

The condo was artfully furnished, liked the secure garage and balcony and pool. Nice location for adventures in Key West One little annoyance that the cleaning crew left a large number of cigarette buts in the trash. So we just collected our trash in paper grocery bags and left the trash drawer closed. Owerners nicely managed a too hot shower issue. My college senior grandson described the condo as “cool” The three of us had delightful adventures in Key West. 🌴🌴🌴 There are still thinks we didn’t gave enough time to do, so we may be back 🌴❤️🌴❤️

Thanks for the great review, sorry about the cigarette butts.... we don't allow smoking in the condo but understand that some people still smoke so ask that they only smoke on the balcony or in the courtyard and that they remove all trash before leaving. BEAUTIFUL CONDO

The description of what is in this condo is under-rated, everything is provided and decorated beautifully - top notch appliances. beach chairs, great towels, hair dryer, curling iron, iron & board, throw blankets etc etc etc. Its a 10 minute uber/taxi ride to downtown. There are not a lot of local places to walk to and eat at, but there is a little convenience store & GREAT cuban breakfast/lunch sandwich corner place about 3 blocks away. The complex grounds are beautiful and well maintained. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS UNIT AND HOSTESS

Thank you so much.... you are right this location s removed from the hustle and bustle of Duval but the pool and near by public beaches are a great draw. We enjoy riding our bikes when we are there and it is about a 15 minute easy bike ride from the condo to Mallory Square on the opposite side of the island where they celebrate sunset each evening. and then a leisurely ride back up Duval provides for many opportunities to stop for drinks, dinner, live music, etc. We love the location and the amenities, Hope to see you again. Great location on the beach and short bike ride from all the action.

Terrificly appointed condo with waterview and private beach access, next to the pool. Everything was so well planned out with directions for everything and labels on all light switches, fan, garbage disposal, etc. I highly reccommend this location for your next Key West visit!

A great place to ride out a hurricane

We had a wonderful stay at Sherri’s property. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend. We loved the bikes and had fun biking around key west! The check in and out process was simple. We would definitely recommend to anyone who is planning a trip to key west!

Great Key West getaway!!

The condo was exactly as described but we found it even more delightful! The kitchen was well fitted from wine and cocktail glasses, cooking supplies, coffee makers to fun, contemporary rooster salad/dessert plates. Every touch was special. Master bed was very comfortable and the large shower was so relaxing after a day of exploring Key West! The courtyard offered more pleasant surprises, beautiful orchids and lush greenery trails to the hot tub/pool area. Huge pool had plenty of room to swim laps or hang out in the water. The balcony was private and comfortable. We loved this place and will definitely stay again. Thanks so much for the attention to detail and making our visit so easy and relaxing.

I believe that we have one of the nicest courtyard area's in all of Key West, I think there are 800+ orchids on the property that bloom during different seasons and they are my favorite, it is a true tropical paradise.
