Enjoy a luxurious tropical stay at this first floor 2-bedroom 2 bath 1,100 sqft townhome in Key West Florida. It features king and queen beds, ensuring a serene night's sleep for all guests. With amenities like AC, heating, and full ensuite bathrooms, your comfort is our top priority. The living room offers additional space with a cozy sofa bed for additional guests. The outdoor grilling area and complete gourmet kitchen with a full size refrigerator with ice maker, electric oven and many gourmet appliances allows for full meal preparations for everyday and special occasions. Our heated private pool, outdoor shower and sundeck along with a smaller cocktail pool are one of a kind. You can even connect additional rooms and suites to sleep up to 12 guests. We also offer room service, bike rental, grocery and beverage shopping and full concierge services. We are just a 3 minute stroll from the public beach at Higgs, city park, children's playgrounds, tennis, pickleball, professional bocee courts, great restaurants, beach volleyball, a dog park, a dog beach and a fishing pier, all located in the peaceful high-end Casa Marina residential neighborhood, perfect for leisurely walks with someone special. The Key West Garden Club's landscaping display and orchid showings are also located on the beach. Art galleries, museums, live music venues, theaters and the world famous Duval Street are all within walking distance. You are sure to make many treasured memories with a stay at our place in paradise.
