While we only stayed for one night, our family very much enjoyed our visit to the Keystone area. The property is ideally situated nestled in the evergreens and mountains (and very close to the Snake River which winds behind the condo) and provides a great jumping off point for all of the outdoor activities in the area. It is well-stocked with everything needed for a longer-term stay (kitchen facilities and cookware) and has plenty of space for relaxing. Additionally, while the condo is conveniently located with respect to the restaurants and shopping in Keystone and Dillon, its setting feels very secluded and away from the hustle and bustle of some of the larger lodges in the area. We would definitely book again.

This was a bust for me. My mom and I were looking forward to staying here after a day of enjoying the fall colors in Vail and Frisco. We arrived at about 9:00 that evening to check in late. I followed the instructions that Leavetown, the booking agency, emailed me. When I arrived at the address provided in the email it was closed. In the dark and with my elderly mom wanting to head to bed, I started looking around for some notice on the building. The only thing I could find was a sign stating that the office was open until 7pm. According to the email that Leavetown sent it should have been open until 11pm. At this point I knew at the very least the check in process would be difficult. I called Leavetown to get some assistance. The only thing the agent could offer was an apology and to re-email the same flawed instructions. They also suggested I call the onsite support. I called the onsite support and told them about needing to check in to the unit. The support person said that they do not manage the property I was calling about. Frustrated with my experience, I left Keystone to find lodging elsewhere. The next day I called Leavetown to talk about my experinece and request a refund. Several emails and another phone call the later the answer was "no" since they claimed they provided me with the correct information to check. So I had my card services work out a refund with them after the fact. Leavetown never apologized for the miscommunication.
