Loved our time here

This was place was a perfect stay. It felt very spacious - we had four kids and five adults and we're not cramped at all. They had games, toys and everything you need for a great stay. We recommend this to anyone!

Peaceful stay with everything we needed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying at this ski tip townhouse. It was so clean and well-maintained, and I would say it was even better than the pictures and the description! The amenities in the kitchen were better than many rentals we have stayed in, and overall the home was well-thought out. Each room had shades and many windows to open to cool the home down, plenty of light in the evening, and the floor to ceiling windows in the living room had curtains to cover them at night as needed. The hot tub was great too! One thing we loved was the games, books, and toys for kids of all ages. We brought our 1.5 year old and she LOVED the foam blocks and all the new books to explore. Overall we loved our experience here and will definitely rent again.

Great location and layout. Service/maintenance was lacking

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at the scheduled check in time and housekeeping was still finishing up. Even worse maintenance had a hose running from the 1st floor bathroom to the outdoor hot tub through the bedroom/ living area making it unusable and causing a wet puddle in the carpet. The washing machine did not work properly and maintenance was unable to repair it during our visit.However the clogged tub was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Didn't refund me money for the broken washer as they promised. Could not use the master tub --valve problem -- if you turn on faucet -- couldn't turn off. The condo needs lots up maintenance. The location is wonderful -- too bad it isn't tended to -- and this isn't the first time we stayed in this condo -- stayed last year -- and provided a list of issues that needed to be addressed -- but apparently, no one cared. Won't stay there again - not sure I'd rent from Summit again.

Great stay

The unit was fantastic. Very spacious for a family of five and had everything we needed and items we didn't think to bring. The host was very responsive and ensured our stay went off without a hitch. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to relax in a beautiful home.

Pros: very comfortable beds, kitchen well stocked with cooking implements, nice linens, comfortable furniture, games, fans, close to community hot tub, 3/4 mile walk to village, hiking trail at end of resort, and more Cons: Close to road, no gas grill, leaking hot tub ( management would fill on request, ice maker in freezer leaking (reported upon leaving, we just bought ice and turned off the ice maker), outdoor space could use some sprucing up and a table for dining.

Great house right by keystone

This house was a fantastic find right by keystone, we easily got to the mountain in just a few minutes. The keypad is a bit difficult to use and we had issues with the tv but the property managers were available almost immediately via text with any problem we had. Kitchen has basic amenities for cooking, and the beds were very comfortable.

Great visit to Ski Tip

Service from SCMR was very good - responsive but we had some issues with the door lock. It worked out ok but lock needs service.

Perfect House for the Six of Us

We were very happy with the house. It was clean, convenient to Keystone, Copper, and A-Basin, and the hot tub was delightful. I would suggest that the owners/managers make the TV system easier to use like having Roku or Apple TV. The place had 5 remotes for one system--yikes! We couldn't really get it to work. Overall, great place and would recommend to anyone.

Very nice

Great, roomy, clean property! We really enjoyed our stay. Property management very easy to deal with. Private hot tub was a treat. Only two minor issues. 1) The walk to the hot tub was treacherous. I know it’s winter in the mountains, but the snow buildup was uneven and very slippery. 2) Because of the very low quality of the pullout sofa, I think calling the den a sleeping space is very over stated. Luckily we had kids we could put there, but even they complained. Otherwise a wonder stay.

Perfect Retreat in Keystone

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is honestly nicer than the pictures even depict. We were absolutely delighted with the house, the check in and out process was a breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and it was mere steps from the shuttle bus to the slopes. We did have a couple maintenance issues. They were eventually resolved but it did take a couple days and one of the bathrooms was totally out of commission while we waited, which was inconvenient when you’re in a house with several others. But otherwise it was fantastic. Couldn’t get out of the hot tub. Loved it.

Not only was the location extremely convenient, but between the shuttle, hot tub, # of beds, cleanliness, and the view, this place really had it all. Really the only thing was that there were no instructions as to how to activate the front door number pad. It was not explicitly detailed anywhere so we had to wait and call maintenance for them to come down and show us that we need to press our palms against the pad. It was an easy fix and quite avoidable. The maintenance guy had even mentioned he comes down all the time to do the same thing for others, so you would think since it is a common misconception, someone would have cleared that up before!
