Nice new property in a good location. Close to Mountain House base area (10 min walk). Property isn’t prepared well for VRBO though. The internet was poor, making watching TV impossible (buffers). The kitchen isn’t stocked well, we didn’t have salt or pepper. There are no curtains and the windows face a small road. A little TLC from the property manager and this would be a 5 start place…..

Nice new spacious condo walkable to lifts

Spacious layout for 8 of us. 4 kids in the bunk room w pull out was a bonus. Closest of the Clearwater buildings to the slopes for walking. Newer appliances made cooking, laundry, and dishes a breeze. Could use some extra hooks in the bedrooms and foyer but we made do. Quickly realized the shuttle wasn't worth the wait after two passed because they were full. Driver courteously told us another one was coming but no one wanted to wait. Walk was scenic and pleasant over the River and only 8-10 minutes.

When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised at how clean the place was. Everything was exactly as it was listed. It’s a perfect location away from all the ski season traffic and very quiet. Although, our visit was at the end of October and ski season hadn’t opened yet. It’s in a perfect location to view the mountains and the ski slopes from the balcony. It’s within walking distance of Keystone village and the slopes. There are plenty of trails we used to walk and get some exercise. It’s in a convent location near Dillon for grocery stores, dinning, and an Outlet Mall. Breckinridge was a convenient 30 miles away with more shopping and dinning. We absolutely loved our stay and if we visit the area again there is no doubt we would stay at the same place! Thank you!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very nice, new unit, however, I probably will not stay here again. We came out to bike since this unit is on the bike path, however, bikes are not allowed in the building and there is no bike storage in the garage for expensive bikes. Also, the living/dining windows do not have windows treatments. The sun made these rooms hot and we felt on display in the evening. Another issue, no tvs in the master or queen bedrooms.

I’m not usually a VRBO person I prefer hotels with spas lol. This place sold me on VRBOs.Pros - It was stocked with everything from paper towels, every cooking pan, spices, games, etc etc. it was in a great location for us. Close to my sons place and the trail was right outside. We cooked like pros with all the items. They had a XL washer and dryer when I was nice to do a load before heading to vail. Which after this place I was disappointed with that VRBO. MCons - The only thing I couldn’t find was a cutting board and a yoga Mat would’ve been the icing on the cake and the fire alarm was too sensitive to cooking smells and would go off every time I cooked.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was decorated beautifully. We liked that it didn’t feel cramped with furniture and we loved the location. We love to cook and the cookware was decent but lacking a cutting board and only two wine glasses. There were a few things that concerned me when we arrived: The floors needed to be mopped/cleaned they felt dusty/dirty when walking on them. The rug in the living room needs taken out and shaken and/or vacuumed better as it was a little dirty when arrived. The toilet in master bedroom also had a spot on the side that was dirty which was obvious.With this being said, we really enjoyed our stay. Again the unit was beautiful and spacious and fabulous location. Putting a grill on the patio would bring this to a whole new level.A few items that would make it homier: Place to hang the towels after you shower (instead of having to hang over the shower stall), cutting board, grill and some “personalized” instructions on how to use the coffee maker as well as the dishwasher.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Giving 4 stars because there are no window coverings in the main living space and it really impacted our Christmas morning. It was a sunny day and the sun pours into the condo, reflecting off the dining table, sofa...really everything in there. We had wanted to have breakfast together for our family of 5 but we could not find enough spots together that weren’t absolutely blinding to sit in. We wanted to enjoy some board games but being at the table was like looking directly into the sun. I see that another reviewer made you aware of this previously but it seems nothing was done. There is no excuse for that. Please go to the condo in the morning of a sunny day, with snow on the ground, and try to sit and have a cup of coffee at the table. All the other units, from what we could tell, seem to have curtains and there is a reason. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.

Great location and actually walking distance to the slopes

We thought the place was exactly as advertised. There is a shuttle, but once you know where you're going, it's also easy to walk from the condo to the ski area. We had a great time and everything was as advertised!

The location is great, very close to the resort. An easy shuttle ride to slopes. The place was amazing. Very clean, very new, all the amenities you need - fast internet, good tv, awesome kitchen, lots of beds, spacious, great view of the mountain, ski locker, inside garage space. Highly recommended!!

Very nice property

The property was very nice but truly needs a tv in the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom. The internet was an issue the whole time and the televisions needed internet to work.
