The property has a lot of positive points. The bedding is good, the hot water is excellent, the house is very spacious with lots of room to spread out, plenty of televisions if you want to watch television. But there a lot of improvements that really need addressing and I am not sure the owners know about them. The large couch in the living room is ripped and the carpeting are really worn out and need some repair or replacement, many of the pan bottoms are warped, the wifi is extremely slow almost like the old dial up stem, blinds and the laundry room doors need attention I had to get a can of WD 40 to get them to work, the outdoor grill has one burner missing, the pool cues have no tips so you really can't use them, many of the electrical outlets are not working and the ones that do are very loose, and finally if you have problems climbing stairs there are a lot of stairs in this large home. Again I am not sure the owners are aware of the problems.
